She began her vaccine career in 2007 at GlaxoSmithKline, followed by time at Novartis Vaccines, and Pfizer Vaccines before joining Moderna in January 2021 to help with the Emergency Use Authorization of the Moderna Covid 19 vaccine which is now fully FDA approved Spikevax.

She has a passion for disease prevention within the communities she has served both locally in Florida, regionally in the SE, and now nationally as she creates access to Moderna’s vaccine portfolio.

Matt Kolenda
Medical Science Liaison

Matt Kolenda is the medical science liaison for Moderna. He is a dual board-certified pharmacist in pharmacotherapy and critical care pharmacy. He completed residency at The Cleveland Clinic where upon completion, stayed on and worked as a clinical pharmacist in ICUs, EDs, and OR. After he obtained his MBA, he started his career in the pharmaceutical industry. He’s been working in medical affairs for 3.5 years, most recently an MSL with Moderna.
